Trust no one ...

I been on this journey for over forty years and found no one who actually knew not only what was happening but how to navagate through it.

There are many out there, although well intentioned, blindly trying to lead you through a labyrinth that they have no personal experience with or any clue of the danger they are putting you in.

There are many alternative therapies that can assist you because there are many areas in ones life that needs to be sorted out. There is no cure and that is because there is no illness.

The path is difficult and not supported in any way, shape, or form by our culture.

Know thyself

This is where you start.

You can accept your cultures view and forfeit your responsibility and in that case take your medication and go on your way.

Or you take on the responsibility for your life and the struggle you will face.

The choice is yours.
